IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS

Form 1095-C for the 2025 tax year is available upon request.

In accordance with federal law, AHSTW CSD is no longer required to automatically mail paper copies of Form 1095-C. This form provides information about the health insurance coverage offered to you and is not required to file your tax return.

How to Request a Copy:
If you are a current employee, former employee, or retiree and would like to receive a copy of your Form 1095-C, please contact us using any of the following methods:

Timeline for Delivery:
Requested forms will be furnished within 30 days of the date we receive your request.

AHSTW FFA Contest

The National Midwestern Virtual CDE Contest brought together students from across the region and nation to compete in multiple career-focused events demonstrating real-world agricultural skills and knowledge in a virtual setting. There were over 2200 contestants competing in 13 different events.

We’re proud of the dedication, preparation, and teamwork shown by all participants.

Middle School FFA Quiz Bowl - 9th of 20 teams (80 individuals
Horse Evaluation - 64th of 100 teams (369 individuals)
Floriculture - 6th of 87 teams (276 individuals)

Livestock Evaluation - 1st of 108 teams (471 individuals)
- Four AHSTW CSD participants finished within the top 15 in the nation.
