Guidelines for Requesting Access to the Buildings
  • All requests will be honored in the order they are received prior to the 10th of the month before.

  • Requests for several months in advance of continued use will no longer be standard practice. I will need a month-by-month request from you. If you wish to schedule something several months in advance and it is a one day event; that would be honored.

  • Any requests received AFTER the 10th will be provided access to the facilities based on what we have for openings

  • Priority will be given to all AHSTW programs first 

  • All requests can be submitted via the AHSTW Facility Use Request form
